TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.     Payments and fees

1.1 In order for a place to be kept open for your child in our classes, payment is required monthly by subscription only.

1.2 Signing up through our website and setting up a subscription is the only registration and payment method Lighthouse Studios Academy will accept. We are unable to accept cash, cheques, monthly BACS, or fast track payments.

1.3 We reserve the right to make changes to fees and/or the collection date if necessary. You will be notified via email in advance.

1.4 Fees are reviewed annually.

1.5 We use Class 4 Kids. All registrations and payments are managed via our website, which links to this system.

1.6 Payment is taken on the 1st of each month. Missed payments may result in the loss of your child’s place. If you’re having difficulty, please speak to a team member.

1.7 Prices are based on 48 weeks of classes annually.

1.8 Fees are pro-rated and split into 12 equal monthly payments.

1.9 Monthly fees are inclusive of VAT.

1.10 An annual membership fee of £20 per student is charged in September. This covers administration, insurance, and licensing.

1.11 The subscription system ensures timely payments as a large percentage of fees were previously paid late or not at all.

1.12 Fees are non-refundable.

1.13 A £10 late fee will be added to any payment not received by the 1st of the month. This will be added to the next month’s subscription.

1.14 Term dates and scheduled closures (e.g. school holidays, bank holidays) are shared in advance. Classes do not run on these dates and are accounted for in your monthly fee.
